What Wisfield commits to in writing
Wisfield does not publish client lists, logos or testimonials. What it offers instead is a standard you can hold it to, written into every statement of work and evidenced at every handover.
Written specification sign-off
No build begins until every open question is logged, numbered and answered in writing.
Direct access to the principal
The person who scopes your study is the person who builds it. No account managers, no hand-offs.
Independent third-party audit
Every instrument is audited by an external firm that did not build it, and is paid for every defect it finds.
Documented test evidence
You receive the test plan and its results, not an assurance that testing took place.
Controlled change log
Every post-approval change is dated, attributed and re-verified before it reaches a respondent.
Data map reconciliation
The delivered file is reconciled against the questionnaire, variable by variable, before release.
When something goes wrong
Any defect against the signed specification is corrected free of charge, including data reprocessing.
Verification catches almost everything. For the rare defect that reaches the field, the response is decided in advance:
- You hear it from me first, within hours of discovery, not when the tables arrive.
- A plain account of scope: which question, which respondents, which variables.
- The fix, and options for the data: recode, flag, remove or top up, wherever possible.
- A written incident note: the cause, and the change made to the process so it does not recur.
On declining work
Wisfield will decline an engagement when the timeline does not allow proper verification, and will say so at scoping, not on the day before launch.
On references
Engagements are conducted under non-disclosure as a matter of course. Where past clients consent, references can be arranged for qualified prospective clients during scoping.
